Since 2018 I've contributed to, and led a few projects which combined demonstrate how I put my knowledge into practice and how I work with others. This summary is still being developed as I'm currently writing an article mentioned in the first project, so stay tuned..

Introducing the Agile way of working
HackYourFuture is a coding school for talented refugees and other disadvantaged groups that have limited access to education and the labor market. As a volunteer and mentor I support the students in their (Agile) software delivery projects in the role of Scrum Master / Agile Coach. Every group of students work together on their graduation project to build a (mobile) app from scratch. Read more about HYF's amazing work here.

Implementing a data quality framework
This was my favorite project at ING. There were a few (data) projects going on, such as the implementation of a data lake, however data quality was a very new and unexplored topic at the time. I remember the start being very chaotic and uncertain, but slowly steps were taken to eventually building a comprehensive DQ dashboard which now has many DQ control checks.

Making Guidion a data driven company, prioritizing customer experience and implementing a seamless digital experience
During my 3 years at Guidion I was part of many cool projects. But there are a few that made the most impact and that really skyrocketed my skills and knowledge. From Salesforce developer to Product Owner, to Digital Project manager and finally Business / Data analyst, it was an awesome rollercoaster ride, to say the least. I'm currently writing an article dedicated to this journey, which will be published here soon.
